Per Florida Supreme Court Administrative Orders AOSC 14-19 and AOSC 15-18, Registered Users and the public can view case information and images over the Internet. What may and may not be viewed on the Internet is prescribed by a Security Matrix.

Registered Users:
Public users do not need to register to view court documents. If you wish to view documents as a Public user (no login required) AOSC15-18.
Under Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order, AOSC15-18, new Authentication Requirements are mandatory for Registered Users.   Registered User Agreements must be notarized. Additionally each state agency, local government agency or law office with personnel who access electronic records must assign a Gatekeeper who is responsible to notify the Clerk’s office staff of employee or contractor changes.  The forms below are the standard State forms:
Agency Registration Agreement Used to register the Agency and the Gatekeeper contact information.  This is a one-time form and must be filled out per Agency or Law Firm.
Registration Agreement to View Records online Each individual user with an account must complete this form and have it notarized.
Agency Supplemental Request Used to register Agency and Gatekeeper contact information with the Clerk. If the Gatekeeper or Agency contact information changes, you must re-submit this form to the Clerk indicating the new contact information.
Gatekeeper Management Request Used to notify the clerk of changes for your organization.  The Gatekeeper must fill out the form and send it to the Clerk should an employee’s or contractor’s status with the organization change.
